1. Item Condition and Disclosure
The core of selling pre-owned items is being transparent about their condition.

Pre-Owned Nature: All items sold in this shop are pre-owned, used, or vintage unless explicitly stated as "New With Tags (NWT)" or "New Without Tags (NWOT)."

Condition As Is: Items are sold "as is." Due to their pre-owned nature, items may exhibit minor signs of wear, such as fading, pilling, small marks, or creasing. These signs of normal wear are not considered defects.

Defect Disclosure: Any major flaws, defects, or significant damage (e.g., large stains, tears, missing parts) are documented in the written description and/or clearly shown in the photos. It is the buyer's responsibility to review all photos and read the entire description before purchase.

Color Disclaimer: We strive to photograph items accurately, but colors may vary slightly due to lighting conditions or differences in monitor settings.
2. Authenticity Guarantee
- Authenticity: We guarantee the authenticity of all branded items. We obtain our merchandise from reputable sources and inspect each item thoroughly.

3. Payment and Order Processing

Payment Acceptance: We accept payment through the platform's approved methods. Orders will not be shipped until payment is fully processed and cleared.

Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time for reasons including but not limited to inventory errors, shipping issues, or suspicious buyer activity. Buyer-requested cancellations are not guaranteed and must be requested immediately after purchase.
4. Shipping Policy

5. Returns and Refunds

Final Sale: All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns based on buyer's remorse, subjective standards of quality, fit/sizing issues, or slight variations in color.

Exception—Not As Described (NAD): A return and full refund will only be approved if the item is determined to be materially and significantly different from the description and photos.
