1. General Rule: All Sales Final

 

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for issues related to fit, size, a change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please review all photos, measurements, and the full description before committing to a purchase.

 

2. The Exception: Item Not As Described

 

A refund will only be processed if the item is materially not as described in the listing.

Exception Category Details & Buyer Requirement
Material Misrepresentation The item received must be significantly and materially different from what was described or pictured in the listing (e.g., wrong model, color, or condition category).
Undisclosed Major Damage A return may be granted if the item has a major defect or damage that was not disclosed in the written description or visible in the listing photos.
Shipping Loss/Damage If the item is lost or damaged by the shipping carrier, a refund will be processed only after a claim has been successfully filed and approved by the shipping carrier (using the item's shipping insurance).
