Shipping policy
Processing & Handling: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of a confirmed purchase,excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the marketplace platform so you can monitor its progress.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated by the platform and are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise noted. We currently use [ USPS ] for all shipments.
Shipping Address: To avoid delays and potential loss, we will only ship to the address provided by the buyer at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before finalizing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect address.
Lost or Damaged Packages: Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided, the responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
All shipments include a certain amount of insurance through the carrier. If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit,you agree to cooperate in filing a claim with the carrier. If the claim is successful, a full refund will be issued.
